Hi, I’m Kingsley Judd, Young Ambassador for Twinkle House.

I am 17 years old and live in Penwortham near Preston.   I attend Preston College where I am studying a Musical Theatre Level 3 extended diploma within the Performing Arts courses.

I first became aware about the work of Twinkle House from a family friend who volunteers as a Trustee for the Charity and asked me about becoming a Young Ambassador.

I carried out some research on the Charity and found out about how they provide support to children and young people with disabilities and additional needs and in particular the work they do with those with Autism and Asperger syndrome, as I have this life-long condition myself and understand the challenges faced and the need for support with things like communication skills, recognising facial expressions and relaxation techniques.

I was honored to be considered for this position and pledge to support Twinkle House in any way I can.

I look forward to supporting Twinkle House and meeting its many followers at their events in the forthcoming year.

Best wishes, Kingsley Judd

Here is some news about my support to Twinkle House so far:

Kingsley Judd – Winner of the Furness Charity Challenge 2012

This was my first event supporting Twinkle House.  I entered the Furness Charity Challenge where I performed in a Theatre in Lancaster against 16 other contestants, thankfully I won the challenge and raised £500 for Twinkle House and £500 for another Charity I support which is the Headway Charity.  I was further honored to be asked by Furness to sing at their AGM recently and they donated a further £100 to Twinkle House.
