Twinkle House is seeking new Trustees – West Lancashire Area

We are looking to recruit volunteer Trustees and need business-minded people who can assist Twinkle House expand its services to new bigger premises  and who will support us in achieving our vision, mission and values and increasing funds.

Ideally, new Trustees will have skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:

~  A good understanding of Charity work
~  Public speaking with ability to represent the Charity 
~  Building relationships with businesses on behalf of the Charity 
~  Change Management
~  Experience of Charity regulation at a strategic level 
~  Strategic Business Management and ability to lead this 
~  Experience in Financial accounts with Accountancy qualification 
~  Experience of expanding service delivery 
~  Experience, knowledge of procurement, Contracts and Tenders 
~  Experience of Disability in a professional or personal capacity 

We are particularly keen to achieve a more diverse board of Trustees, and we welcome applications from all sections of the community.

Trustees need to be able to make a firm commitment and devote the necessary time; have strategic vision, independent judgment, an ability to think creatively and a willingness to represent the Charity and engage in raising funds.
