Job Share – 2 X Part Time Workers

21 Hours per week (3 days each) alternating rota

Temporary Contract

Salary: £19,742 (pro rata) NJC Scale point 20 

25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)


Essential Requirements:

Health & Fire Safety Trained / Risk Assessment Trained / First Aid Trained

Have good DIY Skills / Experienced in Caretaker Duties

IT Literate with ability to use Microsoft Packages

Must be highly organized, articulate and a good communicator

with a flexible and mature approach to work

Must be self motivated, proactive and able to work on own initiative
