On week 4 an individual 1:1 session takes place with the Sleep Therapist to discuss workshop feedback how the client is implementing the changes/insights they have learnt during the course of the workshop.
All workshops will include a maximum of 6 adults. The Sleep Therapist will guide each session and will use shared experience and peer support from the candidates.
