During the 1 hour class emphasis will be placed on good posture, while doing movements mindfully and slowly. We will focus on what is going well and build upon those strengths while cultivating a positive mindset. Movements can be adapted so you can comfortably take part in a seated position for the duration of the session if needed. Tutors have designed the content to help support those in chronic pain. It can support individuals with limited mobility.
The class is delivered by a trained tutor and referrals to the classes are received via the Pain Management Service.
