For families, children, young people and adults
Our wellbeing programmes are funded through the National Lottery Community Fund and offer free of charge activities for different ages and interests.
We have developed a 2 hour Parent Sensory workshop. The session provides awareness support to parents and carers experiencing difficulties understanding their children’s needs around sensory processing.
To further support you at home we have also developed a sensory play at home booklet. This includes examples of sensory games and additional information about the senses to enhance your understanding to your child’s needs.

Please note we do not complete formal assessments regarding sensory needs
Both courses are designed to provide children with coping strategies to alleviate their anxieties and worries and create a calmer sense of wellbeing.
They aim to help children feel more confident, improve learning potential and manage emotions
We have seen great results in the children that have participated.
Each session includes, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, self massage, mindfulness and visualisation.

Participants of the course are always fascinated by how much they can change their physical and mental health in such a short period of time.
Flexibility, muscle tightness, general aches and pains are improved and the breathwork knowledge for improved mental health is always a favourite.
